We enjoyed our family stay and loved the spacious Premium Room with a river view! The highlight was visiting Hampton Court, just a quick train ride away. Our baby had a great time, and we appreciated relaxing on our balcony overlooking the river.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly meal options on the menu.

I had a pleasant stay with an amazing view of the River Thames from my room. The spacious room was comfortable, and having a balcony was a great touch for relaxing. the breakfast service left a lot to be desired. there were forgetful items like milk and sugar that should have been included. a lovely escape, but breakfast consistency needs to be addressed.

I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza London, Kingston, An Ihg Hotel. The spacious room had a beautiful view of the River Thames, and I appreciated the elevators that made accessing the higher floors easy for me.

Had a great time with friends visiting Thorpe Park and Henry VIII's Great Hall. Our river view room was perfect, and the balcony was awesome for relaxing after a day out. Parking was convenient at the rear, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The dining scene at Crowne Plaza Surbiton was delightful! I particularly loved the Indonesian goodies at the onsite restaurant – talk about a treat! Plus, the bar had a cracking selection of drinks to chill with after my culinary explorations. My Premium King Room River View? Absolute stunner!

I did have a cheeky issue with the neglected balcony – could use a scrub! But honestly, everything else still sparkled.

Checked in smoothly and got a Club Room upgrade, tho it wasn't ready right away—free drink was a nice touch! The room was huge with a big balcony overlooking the Thames. Super comfy beds, but the wifi was kinda flaky. The bar had some decent vibes, too!

Comfortable room, convenient location, and enjoyable amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle made my stay pleasant, especially the short walk to the nearby train station for easy access to London.

Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness was severely lacking, with multiple issues observed, including found tissues and visible stains on the walls. Breakfast was also disappointing. while the coffee was decent, the staff struggled with service and understanding of a proper English breakfast, leading to an uninspired meal experience.

Nice stay but watch your car!

I stayed here with my kid after visiting Chessington. The room was clean and staff were really polite. I loved the in-room breakfast too! I was super bummed to find my car scratched in the hotel parking. Parking's a bit tight since the adjacent showrooms take up a lot of spaces.

The Premium King Room River View was pretty spacious and had a nice balcony with a lovely view of the Thames. The air conditioning worked well, which was a bonus, but the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty. I found the room comfortable enough to relax in, but cleanliness could have been better—like, there were a few dust bunnies and some leftover trash from previous guests. a decent spot to chill, but a little more attention to detail on cleanliness would go a long way.
